Harvest of Rubies by Tessa Afshar has a sequel!?! How did I not realize this? Harvest of Gold comes out July 1st, 2013. It’s a continuation of the story of Sarah and Daruis (Yes the Darius in the Bible that threw Daniel in the Lion’s Den) that began in Harvest of Rubies. In my humble opinion, Tessa Afshar is the best writer of Biblical fiction out there right now. If you haven’t read anything by her yet, get going so you can be as excited as I am!

You must not of skipped through to the very end of Harvest of Rubies, since it had a little sample of it.;) I can’t wait for it to come out! I hope it is as amazing as her other books!

Inconceivable! Was it in the netgalley version too? I’m super-excited about it now. I thought Pearl in the Sand in particular was Amazing!

Mine was the netgalley version, but I’m thinking it might have been awkward to get to the sneak peak (like, lots of blank pages in between).
I think Pearl in the Sand might of been my favorite of her two books, since it was especially good.;)
